2. Sales Price

  • All fees (vehicle, driver, tolls, parking, tax) are quoted per booking on our website.
  • Final total (tax included) is displayed at checkout.

3. Additional Fees

  • Late-hour surcharge (22:00–05:00) as noted on each service page
  • Extra waiting time billed at ¥X/minute (shown during booking)

4. Payment Methods

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • Bank Transfer (prepaid)
  • (Other methods may be added in the future.)

5. Payment Timing

  • Credit Card: Charged immediately upon booking confirmation
  • Bank Transfer: Due within 7 days of booking; service is confirmed once payment clears

6. Service Provision Timing

  • Vehicle and driver dispatched at the time and date specified in your reservation
  • Any changes or cancellations must follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy

8. Application Validity

If payment (for bank transfer) is not received within 7 days, the booking is automatically canceled.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except for losses caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, Driver Japan Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

This notice fulfills the requirements of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Real-money bookings will only be enabled once this page is published and publicly accessible.
